AQUATIC FITNESS CLASSES

Water Exercise provides motivation, improved cardiovascular endurance and muscle conditioning/tone by using the buoyancy and resistance of the water. Water Exercise is low impact and ideal for all fitness levels, non-swimmers welcome.
