The Y is committed to a better you. With hundreds of free group fitness classes offered every week , there’s something for all fitness levels.

Get your heart pumping with cardio, find your calm with serene Yoga, get moving with beginner or intense cycle, and get stronger with strength training. And if you love dance, we have enough dance and Zumba to keep you happy.

Personal Trainers

Our Personal Trainers really care about getting you healthy and in the best shape possible. Our trainers and staff also lead our smaller group trainings like TRX, Teen Speed & Agility, and XPT.

New to Fitness

If you are new to fitness, or you just haven't been to the gym in a while, be sure to set up a free orientation on our equipment with one of our fitness staff members. Still want more? Schedule an appointment to meet with Derrick Almond or Kristen Underwood for a more detailed fitness orientation.
