Get your game on at the Y, where adult and youth sports abound. YMCA sports for adults and kids provide comradery, get everyone moving, and improve the health and well-being of our communities. With a sport for almost everyone, there is no such thing as too young or too old to get in the game.
Y ADULT SPORTS
Adults can get active, ignite their competitive side and have a great time participating in sports at the Y, including basketball, dodgeball, pickleball, running, triathlons, and racquetball. Adults form teams and play league tournament-style play in pickleball.
Looking for something a little less formal? Open Gym times are available for both pickleball and basketball.
Y YOUTH SPORTS
The Y provides a supportive environment for competitive and recreational level team sports for kids age 3 through 8. Our coaches focus on skill, good sportsmanship and character development, emphasizing teamwork, cooperation and good values. Youth sports include basketball, soccer (both indoor and outdoor), and T-ball.
New in 2018, the YMCA will host its very first kids triathlon on Saturday, May 19. Start training by swimming, biking, and running! Registration will open beginning January 1.
Our YMCA also hosts pickup basketball games for middle schoolers and teens and open gym times for everyone.
