We’re excited to add caring, energetic team members to our YMCA Drop‑In Child Care staff. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping children learn, play, and grow in a safe and positive environment.
Applicants must be at least 19 years old to be considered. We are currently hiring for weekday evening shifts and Saturday morning coverage. Flexible scheduling makes it easy to fit this position around school, another job, or family commitments.
Team members will engage children in fun activities, support a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure safety at all times. No two days are the same, and every shift offers the chance to make a meaningful impact. We provide training and support to help you succeed.
