Get familiar with your Y facility, programs and services and meet the people who will help you transform your life.

•  Schedule a FREE equipment orientation 

Learn how to use the state of the art fitness equipment available for member use. Schedule your appointment right away.

•  Schedule a FREE fitness consultation 

Work with a fitness consultant to identify your goals and create a plan tailored just for you. Free sessions! Be sure to make your appointment right away.

•  Download our Helpful Mobile App 

Download our mobile app to view schedules on the go! Add them to your personal calendar, get updates regarding schedule changes, view announcements and special offers, and browse programs/classes by day or week.

•  Schedule Follow Up Consultations

Track your progress, review your goals and see just how far you've come with the Y. Let us celebrate your successes with you and help you continue your healthy and wellness journey. Three free sessions with a fitness consultant, then register for our top notch Personal Training sessions.

•  Invite a Friend or Family Members 

Find a fitness partner that will push you, boost your confidence and make exercising fun! Members can invite friends and family to try the Y for free. Limit 3 guest pass visits per year. We also offer a wonderful Member Referral Program where you can earn free months for friends or family that join!

•  Get Connected and Stay Informed 

Provide your email address to the membership desk to receive our monthly e-newsletter filled with helpful health & fitness information, upcoming events, staff and member spotlights, challenges, special opportunities and so much more.
